WODGOH Celebrates World Menstrual Hygiene Day 2025: Empowering Girls, Breaking Stigmas! On 28th May 2025, WODGOH proudly commemorated World Menstrual Hygiene Day 2025 by visiting Government Girls Science Secondary School in Kuje (Boarding), FCT Abuja. Our team of dedicated volunteers and experts conducted an engaging and informative session with the students, focusing on menstrual hygiene, health, and empowerment. Education and Awareness During the session, our team educated the students about menstruation, dispelling common myths and misconceptions surrounding this natural biological process. We discussed the importance of menstrual hygiene, proper sanitary practices, and the benefits of using sanitary pads. Oladokun Jeremiah has showered encomium and eulogies on the electorates who came out in their large numbers during Kogi State Gubernatorial elections and stand vehemently in support of All Progressive Progress(APC) through their ballot papers. WODGOH Held a sensitization programme for women Farmers in Bwari Area Council, FCT Abuja

 The Women of Dignity & Girls of Honour Empowerment Initiative (WODGOH), a non governmental organization, held a sensitization and training workshop for women farmers in Bwari Area Council tod ay the 9th of June, 2022.  According to the Executive Director of WODGOH, Mrs  Adekunle Olaide Racheal, the workshop was organized as part of women empowerment programme of WODGOH. During her welcome address she stated that harmful chemicals have been widely used across the nation to protect stored farm products against pest damage despite it's dangers to human, livestock and the environment. She therefore urged farmers to preserve their farm products using natural methods only. Still, women continue to be vastly under-represented in decision-making in politics, businesses, and communities. The rise of insecurity in Nigeria and the accompanying backlash against women in public life, as well as a general fatigue about addressing barriers to women’s access to leadership and decision-making, all present serious challenges. Women of Dignity & Girls of Honour Empowerment Initiative (WODGOH) is a  Non-Governmental, Non-Profitable, Non-Religious and A Gender-Based Organization established and committed to ensuring the total welfare and well-being of girls and women in Nigeria.   WODGOH was established by Mrs Adekunle Olaide Racheal in November 2018 at Bwari Area Council, Abuja.
